Terms and Conditions
The agreement commences on the date specified on your application form and will continue on a month-to-month basis. All equipment supplied, such as routers and cabling are supplied on a free-to-use basis and remains the property of ZTEL, who shall have the right to enter Customer’s premises in order to remove the Equipment in the event that Customer is unreachable for more than 30 days, fails to comply with this agreement or defaults on payment.
This Agreement will extend to and be binding upon the respective heirs, successors and assigns of each Party to this Agreement. Note to Customer: Do not sign any Agreement before you read it. You are entitled to a completed copy of the Agreement when you sign it. All cancellations should be submitted to cancellations@ztel.co.za or communicated to ZTEL in acceptable written forms.
Customer acknowledges that the speed of all packages are “up to” speeds and not guaranteed fixed speeds. Customer agrees to give ZTEL full access to the equipment for troubleshooting, setup and any other purpose. The Customer will indemnify and hold harmless ZTEL against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees and costs, howsoever arising and whether arising out of any problems with the services attributable to ZTEL or any electronic communications network services or another third party contractor, or for any other reason, or related to the Customer’s use of the Equipment or use of any data services supplied by ZTEL. Please visit the client portal at www.client.ztel.co.za to view your account information. PAYMENTS: When making payments please use your 8 digit reference number. The preferred method is EFT. Additional charges may apply if payment is made using an incorrect reference number, using real time clearance or making a branch deposit from another bank.
